Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Global Living Tokic , owner Danijel Tokic.

2. Contracting party

3. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the items in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via email immediately after submission.

4. Prices and shipping costs

All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).
The prices quoted do not include VAT , as Global Living Tokic is not subject to VAT.
Shipping costs are charged additionally and are visible during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Deliveries within Switzerland are made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
The delivery time is specified on the product or during the ordering process.

6. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online shop.
The purchase price is due immediately.

7. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of Global Living Tokic until full payment has been made.

8. Right of withdrawal / return

Customers have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.
The return will be at your own expense, provided that the goods delivered correspond to those ordered.
Any payments already made will be refunded upon receipt of the returned item.

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply. Damage caused by improper handling or natural wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.

10. Liability

Global Living Tokic is only liable for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded.

11. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.
Place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland.
